My mantra for life, be the best you, you can be.
That does not mean live a life of guilt when you falter, that means do waht you can, forgive yourself, take care of you, so that you may be better at what you do everyday.
We can not be our best at our work, home life, motherhood, and just daily tasks, if we do not take the time to think about our own needs first. As a mother of 3 kiddos and student of many professions, master of none, I had to take a few steps back years ago and reflect on how I can actually manage and juggle the life I had chosen for myself. In this journey I started to keep a journal and move into a different career path.
